Infinity Rehab Receives Six Customer Experience Awards
Infinity Rehab is proud of their customer survey results as they continually explore ways to meet their customers' changing and growing therapy needs.
Infinity Rehab, a therapy and rehabilitation services company offering physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language therapy, received six Customer Experience Awards™ based on survey results conducted by Pinnacle Quality Insight.
This annual survey includes several categories related to the care Infinity Rehab provides. The categories include overall satisfaction, results achieved, and knowledge/skills, among the 12 categories.
Receiving a Pinnacle Customer Experience Award certificate means that a community has scored in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average in any of the categories below. Receiving this award is a great achievement as Pinnacle conducts over 100,000 surveys each year and works with over 1,500 clients in 47 states. The data from all of these clients is used to create the benchmark that determines the awards.
