Unley Park , Australia - July 3, 2017 /PressCable/ —

Dowling Homes is celebrating their 20th Anniversary, which commemorates 20 exciting and very rewarding years in business. This is a huge milestone for the Adelaide-based home builder and renovator business, which has provided exceptional building services to people wanting to build a new home or renovate an existing one since 1997.

Dowling Homes got it’s start in 1997 when founders Kym and Jan Dowling saw the need for quality home building around Adelaide. They both had a passion for the building industry so it was an easy decision to create a business to serve Adelaide.

One of the earliest challenges Dowling Homes faced was brand awareness.

While every business of course faces challenges, some, like Dowling Homes are fortunate enough to enjoy real successes, wins and victories too. One such victory came when they were featured in a local home and garden magazine.

Kym Dowling, one of the founders at Dowling Homes was also quoted when discussing another big win. “One of the high points of Dowling Homes’s history was when we were featured in Best Homes Australia. The interview focused on the renovation of a stunning period villa in Adelaide, marrying the timeless heritage aspects with the modern extensions on the house. Showcasing an ensuite extension, an alfresco entertaining area and increasing the natural light in the home. ”

Dowling Homes’s Founder, Kym and Jan Dowling says “We’re delighted to be celebrating our 20 Year Anniversary. I believe the secret to getting this far in business today is hard work and dedication to workmanship, design and innovation”.

Dowling Homes currently consists of 20 employees and has big plans for the upcoming year. One of their core objectives is to be a household name, renowned for providing the best home building and renovation solutions in Adelaide.

Dowling Homes would also like to thank friends, customers and all its partners for their well wishes on this happy occasion.
