FineAwards.com invites students to nominate someone who they feel deserves to be recognized. Students who share their story could win a $500 scholarship and a chance to present their special person with a custom award and thank you message.

Hollywood, FL, US - March 8, 2017 /MarketersMedia/ —

FineAwards.com, the premier custom awards manufacturer in the US, has launched an innovative scholarship program focusing on recognition.

The FineAwards.com Custom Award and Recognition Scholarship is a competitive award for college students interested in recognizing someone from their own life that has inspired them.

The winner receives a five hundred dollar ($500) scholarship (for their use) along with a custom recognition award to present to this special person.

“Recognition is the foundation of our business. We all know people in our lives that consistently go out of their way for others,” said Seth Fine, FineAwards.com CEO. “It could be a parent, sibling, friend, role model or even a stranger that you caught paying it forward. We can’t wait to see the creative stories shared by the applicants.”

Unlike traditional scholarships requiring an essay to apply, FineAwards.com Custom Award and Recognition Scholarship applicants can use their phone to create a video they feel will embody their message and post it on YouTube.

The scholarship is awarded bi-annually on June 30th and December 31st of each year. The application deadline is June 15th and December 15th of each year.

Two runners up will receive a custom recognition award to present to their special person.

The scholarship is open to college students from all disciplines.
